Edificio Casa Vitacura

We created Casa Vitacura by combining the flexibility of an apartment with the spaciousness of a house, placed carefully in the heart of Vitacura.

We designed two-level units, with ample, double-height, 'patio' terraces and stunning views in DFL2 formats ranging from 120 to 183 m².

We developed this concept based on good living, community development, neighborhood lifestyle and sustainable practices.

    Casa Vitacura is a new landmark on the Vitacura horizon. Perched on a verdant ground floor garden and rising high above its neighbors, the building stands out from near and far.

  • Whether arriving by car or foot or bike, Casa Vitacura welcomes you with open arms. You can take a rest in the comfortable grand lobby or have it transport you where you need to go.

  • The grand lobby is full of cozy spaces where you can rest and take in the views. Take one turn to the fitness studio, or escape outside to the garden and pool deck.

  • Designed for exercise and fun in one place, the pool has lap lanes and a wading area for families to sunbathe or splash the day away.
